Located southward ot Kreschatika sublimity consists of districts Pechersk and Linden-trees. A main highway of this district is a street of М.Gruschevskogo – begins at the Kievo-pecherskoy large monastery and crosses Pechersk, going down to the European area which completes Kreschatik. A street М.Gruschevskogo was built-up in XVI age. In 1919 she had the name the Revolutionary street, in 1934 is a street of Kirova, and a street was adopted in 1991 Grushevskogo in honour the first President of Ukraine. A street is interrupted the area of Glory with a hotel «Salute» and by the house of youth, and also Arsenal area with building of Arsenal of the New Pecherskoy fortress and former Nikolaevskimi barracks.

Studying the photo of unique gold tsar’s pektorali of Great Skifii (4 in. B.C.) when I wrote a book about her, and then and some ancient frescos in Sofia Kievan I planned above tem, whether it is not in them someone secret sense, indicative in the presence of underground structures under the floor of the most ancient cathedral. Inviting the known Ukrainian specialist a summer 1998 on biolokatsii of academician and professor Pavl we decided more carefully to study this question directly in Sofia Kievan, securing preliminary support and permission former then director of this known worldwide national park of Achkasova. Sofia was not visitors, we began the specialresearches. Devices «were» quiet long, but after special telescopic tenzory and other devices began to give necessary information.

For example, in February, in the period of revival, a decent one-room apartment in a sleeping district in a modern house with furniture and repair literally flew away for 25 thousands of roubles. Now a similar apartment surrenders for 20–22 thousands and can wait the leaseholder by weeks. In opinion of leader of department of lease of one of agencies of Julia Vladimirtsevoy, the March price decline is explained not only by appearance of seasonal apartments. A crisis resulted in that demand on habitation in a lease appeared set aside to January-February. He is realized now, therefore there was a situation, when many apartments appeared, including seasonal, and little potential leaseholders. As early as February to lease two together a decent room in an under-populated apartment in a sleeping district it is possible it was not cheaper 15–17 thousands of roubles.
